Each individual may hold only one 2jearn account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice and any associated bonus funds will be voided. Identity verification is used to enforce this policy and prevent misuse of promotional offers.
All bonus funds awarded by 2jearn are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. General bonus wagering requirements are detailed in Section 8 of these Terms.

Each person may hold only one active 2jearn account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different identities, or in the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. 2jearn uses technical and documentary controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where found, duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and associated bonus funds will be voided. Winnings derived from gameplay on a duplicate account may also be forfeited.
2jearn is designed to serve Pakistani players. Players accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms. 2jearn is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a user accessing the platform in breach of local laws applicable to them. It is the user's responsibility to verify that use of the 2jearn platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jearn account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 2jearn will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2jearn support without delay. Until notification is received, 2jearn is entitled to treat all activity on your account as authorised. 2jearn accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
2jearn strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Where 2FA is enabled, login from an unrecognised device will require verification via the registered mobile number or authenticator application. 2jearn reserves the right to require 2FA for accounts with high transaction volumes or where suspicious activity is detected.
It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information accurate and current. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or bank account details must be requested through the verified account settings process, which may require re-verification of identity. 2jearn is not liable for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
2jearn accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. 2jearn does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Deposits below the published minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment source.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on interbank processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits require standard blockchain confirmations before crediting. 2jearn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Deposits made from a payment method not registered in the account holder's own name are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 2jearn reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and to reverse the deposit to its originating source. All associated winnings may be voided.
2jearn does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 2jearn's control.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. You must submit a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) and, where required, proof of your registered payment method. 2jearn reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence at any time, particularly for accounts with large cumulative withdrawal volumes.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Available withdrawal channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Typical processing time for verified accounts is 3 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 2 business hours for bank transfers.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard. Single transactions above PKR 50,000 may require additional documentation review before processing. 2jearn reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple transactions processed over consecutive business days.
Withdrawals enter a brief security review period before dispatch. During this period, you may cancel a pending withdrawal and return the funds to your Real Money Balance. Once a withdrawal has been dispatched to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. 2jearn is not responsible for delays arising after funds leave the 2jearn system.
Where an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, an administrative fee may be deducted from the remaining balance at a rate disclosed in the account dormancy notice sent to the registered email address. Accounts may be reactivated by contacting support.
All casino game outcomes on 2jearn are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. Sports betting odds are set by 2jearn's trading team and reflect market conditions at the time of bet acceptance. 2jearn does not manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the 2jearn system. Bets that do not receive a confirmation number should be treated as not placed. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 2jearn will investigate and, where the bet cannot be confirmed from system records, the staked amount will be returned to your account.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or manifest pricing error, 2jearn reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets. Winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or game error will not be paid and affected transactions will be reversed.
Cricket betting on 2jearn, including PSL, international test matches, ODIs, and T20Is, is governed by the individual sport rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the 2jearn platform. In the event of a match abandonment, reduction in overs, or force majeure event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules in force at the time the bet was accepted.
2jearn applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by game type and market and are displayed within each game or betting market. Winnings in excess of the applicable limit will be capped at the published maximum and the excess will not be paid.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by 2jearn are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonus funds held in a 2jearn account:
New 2jearn accounts may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. 2jearn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; fraudulent activity has occurred or is suspected; the account is being used in connection with money laundering or other criminal conduct; or continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 2jearn.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 2jearn reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including Real Money Balance, where permitted by applicable law. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided. 2jearn will provide written notice of the reasons for closure where legally permissible to do so.
You may close your 2jearn account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, you must withdraw your full Real Money Balance. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure does not affect any obligations already accrued under these Terms, including pending withdrawal requests and outstanding wagering requirements on already-credited bonuses.
In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to 2jearn customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. 2jearn aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence when making a complaint.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct communication with 2jearn, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under our international gaming license. 2jearn maintains comprehensive records of all transactions, game outcomes, and account activity. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific transaction or game result, 2jearn's records shall be treated as accurate unless demonstrably proven otherwise by the player. Where a game outcome is disputed, the result recorded by the game server shall be the authoritative record.
2jearn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at 2jearn Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. 2jearn does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC providers, and gaming regulators only to the extent necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.
2jearn reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 2jearn's international gaming license. To the extent permissible, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts designated under the applicable licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
Nothing in this clause limits the rights of consumers to rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence where those provisions cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
